TRUFFLE MAYO ASPARAGUS
2 bunches of asparagus
Garlic butter
Truffle tapenade
Kewpie Mayo
1. Wash the asparagus and peel the skin off the ends, as they get a little tough down the bottom.
2. Cut each asparagus into 4.
3. Melt the garlic butter in the pan until foamy.
4. Toss asparagus over high heat to brown, then turn to low heat and cover to cook.
5. Mix Mayo and truffle tapenade in a small bowl.
6. When the asparagus is just cooked, plate it and drizzle the truffle mayo over it.
Do not overcook the asparagus!
