Prep time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 15 min
Serves: 2 (as a side dish)
SAUTÉED MUSHROOMS
250g Mushrooms (I used champignons)
1 tbsp Butter (more if you love being unhealthy)
1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
1. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
2. Melt the butter in the pan until foamy.
3. Toss mushrooms over high heat to brown.
4. Add soy sauce and continue to stir through.
5. The minute the mushrooms begin to weep, throw them onto a plate and serve.
All kinds of (edible) mushrooms can be used.
Ensure even sizing when cutting.
Ensure your pan is HOT.
If you take them out just before they weep, you've done it right-er.
